Refilling Prescription Update
To have a prescription renewed, please use these easy steps:
By Phone:
- Call the pharmacy with your prescription 48 hours before the prescription runs out.
- Make sure the pharmacy is aware of any changes such as strength and dose of the medication. They will call the office to verify these changes.
- If you need a visit to the physician before your next refill, the office will leave a message with the pharmacist to notify you when you pick up your prescription.
By Mail:
- Please allow two weeks to give plenty of time for paperwork to be done.
- Call your mail order pharmacy first to see the status of the prescription as there may be refills left.
- If you need a new prescription written, please call the office with the following information;
- Name of the prescription
- Dose
- How it is taken
- Quantity
- Mail us any form that needs to be filled out with mailing address and fax number
