Payment Option
At Reno Heart Physicians, we are happy to assist you with your insurance questions and payment options. We request payment for all applicable co-pays, co-insurance, and deductibles at the time services are rendered. However, we realize that medical care is expensive, and we will make every effort to work out a suitable payment arrangement with you for large balances not covered by insurance. Should you have a question about your bill, or are unable to make a timely payment on your account, please contact our Business Office at 775-333-7440, and one of our Patient Financial Counselors will be happy to assist you.
Insurance Information
Our office will bill both your primary and secondary insurance as a service to you.
Reno Heart Physicians accepts many types of insurance, including Medicare; however, there are a few insurance plans with which we are not directly contracted. We make every effort to verify eligibility and benefits prior to your visit at our office, but the responsibility for determining coverage remains between yourself and your insurance company. Any specific questions regarding provider participation, specific tests, or our-of-pocket responsibility should be directed to your insurance carrier.
